Kelly Flynn, Esq. was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 1998 after earning her law degree from Western New England College School of Law.  She served as a judicial law clerk for the Probate and Family Court in western Massachusetts for over two years before taking the helm as the 2000 - 2001 Chief Law Clerk.   After her term as Chief Law Clerk, Kelly opened her own law practice representing and working with scores of individuals going through the domestic relations process in western Massachusetts.   Most recently, Kelly has completed the introductory training in Collaborative Law.

The creation of Family Law Advantage rose from a genuine desire to make family law attorneys more efficient, effective and productive in their practice.  Presently, the largest part of her practice is dedicated to research and legal ghostwriting for attorneys before the Probate and Family Court and the Court of Appeals.  Over the last decade, Kelly has researched and written for judges, lawyers and her own clients on hundreds of legal issues for a variety of probate and family law matters.
